Srushti is preparing to take the UPSC test in her third year in engineering. While she was graduating in engineering, she was unsure if it could make her feel happy. When she realized that her desire was fulfilled and pursuing it, she started working on civil services. Parents encouraged her to become a civil servant and pursue a career in public service. The young woman never lost her enthusiasm and was focused in her pursuit to become an IAS. The job required to be an IAS officer can be much more. As she studied in her engineering courses, she used to also study for different subjects of UPSC. Each day she set aside some time to work on her preparation for the test. She got ready for engineering tests in only one and a half months, and stayed away from social media and all social media sites. She believes that focusing is essential to crack the government examination and be an officer in the civil service. She was extremely committed to passing the exam and put in a lot of number of efforts. She would read the newspaper to keep up-to-date on daily news.
