Suranne Jones
Sarah Anne Jones (also known as Suranne Jones) is an English actor and producer. Sarah Anne Jones, more commonly called Suranne, is an English actor and producer. Originally from Chadderton, Greater Manchester, Jones joined in the Oldham Theatre Workshop and received her BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts from there. When she was just eight she began performing in a stage play titled 'Wait until Dark. The character she played was Gloria. In 1997, she made her debut on the screen with a 'Coronation Street' episode. She was in 2000 as Karen McDonald in the series. After the end of ITV's soap operas, she played a range of characters on television programs including 'Vincent" and 'Strictly Confessional" as well as Harley Street. In films like Broken Hearts, A Christmas Star', The Christmas Star, and the film Love and a Long Shot she played a variety of roles.
